1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.

2. This writ petition has been filed praying for fair investigation in Case Crime No.132 of 2024, under Sections 307 IPC, Police Station Soraon, District Prayagraj.

3. The First Information Report was lodged on 13.4.2024 only and time for statutory investigation has not come to an end as yet.

4. The petition is disposed of directing the Investigating Officer of this case to conclude the investigation against the petitioner within a period of 60 days. In case, the same is not completed, the petitioner may take recourse provided by the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of U.P. LAWS(SC)-2007-12-69.
