1. This writ petition has been filed praying for fair investigation in Case Crime No. 213 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 304-B IPC and 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Baharia, District Prayagraj.

2. Learned AGA informs that one accused namely Raj Kumari has been arrested and final report has been submitted in favour of Meena Yadav and Sona Devi. Investigation regarding other accused persons is still pending. This Court cannot monitor the investigation further.

3. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to approach the Magistrate concerned for fair investigation in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of U.P. LAWS(SC)-2007-12-69.
