1. List revised. No one appears on behalf of the appellants to press this appeal. Sri Ajay Singh, learned State counsel is present, who has been heard.

2. The present appeal has been filed by the appellants- Lal Bahadur and Phool Singh against the judgment and order dated 05.01.1994 passed by Special Judge (D.A.A.), Hamirpur in Special Case No. 95/1990, Police Station Muskara, District Hamirpur.

3. As per office report dated 21.12.2023/10.05.2024 a report from C.J.M. concerned was called for regarding living status of the appellants in present appeal. In compliance of the said order, C.J.M. concerned vide letter dated 26.07.2021 informed that the appellants- Lal Bahadur and Phool Sing have died 13 and 14 years ago respectively. The said report has been sent after due enquiry.

4. Accordingly, the appeal stands abated.

5. The trial court records, if received, be sent back along with the communication of this order. Office to communicate this order to the District and Sessions Judge, concerned within two weeks from today.
