1. Heard Mr. Yogesh Kumar Tripathi, the learned counsel for revisionist and the learned A.G.A. for State.

2. Perused the record.

3. This correction application has been filed by revisionist-Zafaryab seeking correction in the order dated 23.04.2024.

4. Learned counsel for revisionists contends that in the 2nd paragraph of the order dated 23.04.2024, the figure "307-A I.P.C." has wrongly been transcribed, whereas, the correct figure is "304A I.P.C." Similarly, in the 2nd paragraph of the order dated 23.04.2024, the description "judgment and order dated 14.03.2023" has wrongly been transcribed, whereas, the correct description "judgment and order dated 14.03.2024".

5. He, therefore, submits that aforesaid mistakes occurring in the order dated 23.04.2024 be corrected accordingly.

6. Prayer made by the learned counsel for revisionist is bona-fide. Same is not opposed by the learned A.G.A.

7. Accordingly, it is allowed.

8. It is thus provided that in place of the figure "307-A I.P.C" and description "judgment and order dated 14.03.2023" occurring in the 2nd paragraph at internal page 2 of the order dated 23.04.2024, the figure "304A I.P.C." and the description "judgment and order dated 14.03.2024 shall be read respectively.

9. This correction shall from part of the earlier order dated 23.04.2024.

10. With the aforesaid directions, this correction application stands finally disposed off.
