1. Heard Shri Shesh Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
2. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the opposite party no.3 and 4 when the matter was taken up for hearing.
3. This petition was filed by the petitioner praying inter alia following relief :-
"(i) A writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari be issued quashing the order dated 11.07.2008 (Annexure No.15), passed by Judge Small Causes, Lucknow and order and judgment dated 05.09.2009 (Annexure No.16), passed by the Additional District Judge, Court No.10, Lucknow."
4. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly stated that the petitioner has handed over vacant possession of the premises in question, therefore, this petition has lost its efficacy and has been rendered infructuous and he prays for its dismissal accordingly.
5. Having regard to aforesaid submissions made at Bar by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
