1. Heard counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.1 as well as Shri Anadi Krishna Narayana, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.2 to 4.
2. The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayer:-
"i. Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to consider and direct to the respondent authorities for payment of pension as well as other service pension benefits to the petitioner, in pursuance to the order of this Hon'ble court dated 29.11.2010 as well as circular dated 14.11.2013 issued by the respondent corporation within the specific period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

It is argued by Shri Anadi Krishna Narayana, learned counsel for the respondent-corporation that judgment as placed before this Court shall be applicable in respect of the employees who were superannuated before 1960, insofar as the petitioner is concerned, it is admitted case that he was appointed on the post of Conductor on 20.12.1971, hence it is argued that the petitioner is not entitled for the benefit as prayed for by him in the present writ petition.
4. In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that the present writ petition is liable to be dismissed and stands accordingly dismissed.
