Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By means of the instant petition, the petitioners have prayed to issue a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 22.12.2000 passed by the Addl. Collector, (Finance & Revenue), Firozabad and judgment dated 26.9.2002 passed by the Board of Revenue, U.P. Circuit Bench, Agra and also the judgment dated 27.12.2023 passed by the Addl. Commissioner (Administration), Agra Division, Agra. A further direction to the respondent authority not to dispossess the petitioner from the property in question has been prayed for.

Learned counsel for the parties submitted that the facts of the present case are more or less identical fact to Writ Petition No.56868 of 2005 decided on 19.08.2021.

In this view of the matter, it is argued that present writ petition may also be decided in terms of the decision rendered in Writ Petition No.56868 of 2005.

In view, thereof, present writ petition is also allowed in terms of the order dated 19.08.2021 passed in Writ Petition No.56868 of 2005.

The impugned orders 22.12.2000 passed by the Addl. Collector, (Finance & Revenue), Firozabad and judgment dated 26.9.2002 passed by the Board of Revenue, U.P. Circuit Bench, Agra and also the judgment dated 27.12.2023 passed by the Addl. Commissioner (Administration), Agra Division, Agra are hereby quashed.
