1. Heard Sri Noor Muhammad, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri B.P.Singh, learned A.G.A.

2. The applicant has approached this Court by way of filing the present Criminal Misc. Bail Application seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.289 of 2022, under Sections 302 and 201 I.P.C., Police Station-Kishani, District-Mainpuri.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant on the basis of latest instructions submits that in the present case trial has been concluded and judgment has been passed wherein acquittal has been granted.

4. In the aforesaid circumstances since trial has already been concluded, therefor, this prayer of present bail application does not survive.

5. Bail application is accordingly disposed of.
