1. Rejoinder affidavit filed by petitioners is taken on record.

2. The issue involved in this writ petition has already been decided against petitioners by coordinate Bench sitting at Lucknow in bunch of matters, leading Writ A No. 4726 of 2023 and other connected writ petitions on 08.12.2023 which has been placed on record by way of counter affidavit filed by respondents no. 3 and 4.

3. Sri Rishi Srivastava, learned counsel for petitioners prays that this writ petition may also be disposed of in terms of above referred judgment with liberty to petitioners to challenge the same in accordance with law, if so advised.

4. In view of above prayer, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of above referred judgment.

5. Petitioners have liberty to take legal recourse in accordance with law.
