1. The present contempt application has been filed for non compliance of judgment and order dated 22.05.2015 passed in Writ Petition No.2713 (S/S) of 2015.

2. Learned Additional CSC for respondent - State submitted that a counter / compliance affidavit of respondents dated 30.10.2015 has been filed and in paragraph 6 of the same and on page 7&8 of counter affidavit-1, it has been stated that the order under challenge has been fully complied with and no reply / objection to the same has been filed.

3. In view of above, no cause of action survives in the present contempt application.

4. The contempt application is, accordingly, disposed of and consigned to record.
