1. The present petition has been filed seeking to challenge the order of refusal of NOC by the State Government and an order passed by the PCI at the instance of the State Government.

2. The issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment and order dated 22.09.2023 passed in the case of Committee of Management, Jai Prakash Charitable Trust vs State of U.P. and others (Writ-C No.4953 of 2023),

3. In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed off in the same terms and conditions as contained in the judgment and order dated 22.09.2023.

4. The petitioner shall be entitled to the benefits of directions issued in the said writ petition.

5. This order has been passed in the presence of Sri Ravi Singh, learned Counsel for the PCI.
