There is a common dispute involved in the the aforesaid petitions, thus, they all are decided by this judgment.

Petitioner in Writ C No. 6678 of 2023 has applied for electricity connection for his tube-well for which it appears that electricity wires are coming from neighboring plots. The remaining two petitioners are neighboring farmers, who have objected to the said line.

These disputes are not to be decided by the High Court but by the appropriate authority of the Electricity Department.

Let all the three parties appear before the Executive Engineer, Electric Supply Second Phase of Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited, Ram Nagar, Barabanki, who shall hear all the parties concerned and pass appropriate orders within a period of three weeks from the production of certified copy of this order.

It goes without saying that State and Police authorities shall fully support the Executive Engineer concerned in execution of the orders.

Writ petition is disposed of.
