This is an application seeking review of the judgment and order dated 11.07.2019 passed in Second Appeal No.1075 of 1982.

A perusal of the record shows that against the judgment and order dated 11.07.2019 passed in Second Appeal No. 1075 of 1982, the legal heirs of Ram Krishna (the appellant-deceased) filed S.L.P. No. 24457 of 2019 which was dismissed vide order dated 18.10.2019. When the review petition was filed reviewing the order dated 18.10.2019, it was also dismissed vide order dated 04.03.2020.

More over, respondent-Vishnu Bhagwan had also approached the Supreme Court by filing S.L.P. No. 698 of 2020 which was also dismissed vide order dated 06.04.2023.

Now, the review applicant has filed the instant review application with an order inordinate delay of 782 days.

The explanation putforth by the review applicant is not convincing. Besides this, once the order passed by this Court has been upheld by the Supreme Court in the aforesaid S.L.P., there is no reason to interfere in the instant matter.

In view of what has been stated above, the review application fails on merits as well as on delay.

Accordingly, the application for condonation of delay is rejected.

Consequently, the review application is also rejected.
