2. Learned counsel for the applicant is present and submitted that trial has been concluded and applicant has been acquitted of the charges levelled against him by the court below vide judgment dated 16.08.2023.

3. Copy of the said judgment is produced before the Court today itself.

4. Considering the fact that trial has concluded and applicant has been acquitted of the charges, present application for bail has become infructuous.

5. In view of the above, instant application for bail is dismissed as having become infructous.
