1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, who was respondent No.3 in the writ petition.

2. This review application has been filed, seeking review of the order dated 18.4.2023, passed in Writ-A No.850 of 2004.

3. Grievance of the applicant is that the judgment and order dated 18.4.2023 was passed in his absence. He submits that he wants to file recall application for recall of the aforesaid order, in view of the fact that the order was passed in his absence.

4. In view of the above, this review application is rejected with the liberty to file recall application.
