Present petition has been filed by the petitioners for the following main relief:

"1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the opposite parties to revise the retiral benefits of the petitioners including pension, gratuity etc. calculating their entire service period so rendered on ad hoc basis before the date of their regularization in the light of judgment passed by this Hon'ble Court on 25.2.2020 in W. P. No. 14261 (S/S) of 2018 in re: Munindra Chandra Gaur Vs. State of U.P. & Ors. contained as Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition.

2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the opposite parties to also pay the arrears of gratuity & all other post retiral benefits along with 18 % interest till the date of actual payment to the petitioners after revise their petition."

Considering the fact that the issue raised in the petition has been raised by the petitioners before respondent no. 2, the writ petition is disposed off with the permission to the petitioners to file an application before respondent no. 2 claiming the benefit as claimed in the petition. If such an application is filed before respondent no. 2 along with certified copy of this order, the same shall be disposed off in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of application.
