Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the prayer no.1 in the petition.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is entitled to relief in terms of the final judgment passed by this Court in the case of Sri Krishna Prasad Yadav and others versus State of U.P. and others:2015 (2) ADJ 663 so as to count the period of service from the date of his initial appointment. It is further submitted that in the above regard the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 29.3.2023 before the authority concerned. He has further cited a recent judgment of this Court passed in Writ A No.6659 of 2023.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in case the representation of the petitioner is disposed of strictly in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of in terms of the order dated 26.4.2023 passed in Writ A No.6659 of 2023.
