1. Heard Shri S.P. Singh, learned Additional Solicitor General of India, assisted by Shri Dhananjay Awasthi, learned counsel for the applicant/respondent no.2.

2. This review application has been filed for review of the judgment and order dated 29.08.2022 passed by this Court in Writ Tax No.858 of 2022 (Varun Gupta vs. Union of India & Anr.).

3. Learned Additional Solicitor General of India submits that the review application has been filed merely for setting aside the cost of Rs.50,000/- imposed by the aforesaid judgment and order dated 29.08.2022 and no other submission has been made before us.

4. We do not find any error in the judgment and order dated 29.08.2022 with regard to the imposition of cost, which may fall within the settled principles of review of a judgment or order.

5. For the reason aforestated, we do not find any merit in this review application. Consequently, the review application is dismissed.
