Both these cases were fixed for pronouncement of judgment as learned cousnel for the appellant as well as learned AGA for the State were heard on 4.4.2023. During the course of argument it was submitted on behalf of the appellant that the law with regard to Seton 50 of N.D.P.S. Act would be submitted within some time, however, no such law reports, relied on by learned cousnel for the appellant, has been brought on record.

In the considered opinion of this Court some more effective deliberations are required on the issue of compliance of Section 50 of N.D.P.S. Act, thus the matter requires further deliberations.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances judgment could not be pronounced today.

List accordingly on 4.7.2023 for further hearing.

It is clarified that this appeal shall not be treated as either part heard or tied up to this Bench and may now be placed before the appropriate Bench having jurisdiction in the current roaster.
