HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD ?Court No. - 44 Case :- FIRST APPEAL FROM ORDER No. - 598 of 1994 Appellant :- D.M. U.I.I.Co. Ltd Respondent :- Triloki Nath Gupta Counsel for Appellant :- Ashok Kr. Srivastava Hon'ble Dr. Kaushal Jayendra Thaker,J.
Heard learned counsel for the appellant.
This appeal, at the behest of the D.M. U.I.I. Co. Ltd., challenges the judgment and decree/award dated 15.3.1994 passed by M.A.C.T/II- Additional District Judge, Etawah in M.A.C. No. 87 of 1991.
The question of compensation granted is meager as compared to the fact that if the respondent claimants are summoned the tribunal has not granted any amount under the head of future loss of income and therefore, the higher rate of interest would meet with the said contingency. The multiplier of 20 could not have been granted but non grant of future loss of income can be adjusted to the same.
The driving licence issued which is agitated also fails as there was a driving licence at the time of accident, it was subsequently renewed with bad effect, hence, appeal fails.
Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
Stay, if any, shall stands vacated.
