Heard Sri Ganesh Datt Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents-State.
Petitioners, who are 9 in number, before this Court have sought a direction upon the respondents Authorities for the regularization of their services on Group 'D' post. It is further contended that the petitioners who are working with the Forest Department are also denied the minimum pay scale.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that ventilating their grievance, earlier the petitioners moved representation which, till date, has not been decided.
As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, with the consent of the parties, the matter is being disposed of at this stage without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents directing respondent no.4 to consider the claim of the petitioners, in case, a fresh representation ventilating their grievance is filed by the petitioners within a period of three weeks from today, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law considering the dictum of the Apex Court in case ofState Of U.P. And Ors. Vs. Putti Lal, 2002 (2) UPLBEC 1595 and judgment rendered in case of Sabha Shanker Dube Vs. Divisional Forest Officer and Others, AIR 2019 (SC) 220, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order along with the representation.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, present writ petition stands disposed of.
