This criminal appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 08.12.2022 passed by learned Kumar Prashant Special Judge SC/ST (PA) Act Court No. 2 Etwah passed in Session Trial No. 61 of 2014 (State vs. Shishu Pal Yadav), arising out of Case Crime No. 73 of 2013, under Section 323, 504 I.P.C. & 3(1)(10) SC/ST Act, of Police Station Bakewar, District Etawah, convicting and sentencing the appellant under Section 323, I.P.C. to undergo imprisonment of one year, convicting and sentencing the appellant under Section 504 I.P.C. to undergo imprisonment of one year, convicting and sentencing the appellant under Section 3(1)(10) SC/ST Act, to undergo imprisonment of three years, and fine of Rs. 25,00/- in default of payment further undergo 15 days.
Learned counsel for appellant submitted that appellant was on bail during trial and had not misused the liberty.
Appellant is also on interim bail till filing of this appeal.

The sentence of the appellant is suspended subject to deposit entire amount imposed as fine within one week.
Till then, interim bail of appellant is extended.
