According to instructions, the interim order was passed by this Court on 04.02.2021 and thereafter, the interim order came to an end after expiry of six months in view of the judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court rendered in case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Limited and Another v. Central Bureau of Investigation (2018) 16 SCC 299.

As the interim order has not been extended, the contempt application is not maintainable and the same stands dismissed.
