The Counsel for the petitioners places reliance on the orders passed by this Court in Writ-A No.3068 of 2022 (Ram Pyare Lal and others vs State of U.P. and others) wherein this Court had issued directions that if any scheme is formulated, the case of the petitioner is also considered following the same judgment as upheld in Special Appeal, the present petition is disposed off with the observation that the case of the petitioner shall be considered, if any, scheme is formulated by the State.
