In Re: Correction Application No. 2 of 2023

By means of the correction application, a correction has been sought in 7th paragraph of the judgment dated 19.02.2023 wherein in the 7th paragraph third line the word "Adhikari" has been typed in place of "Parishad".

Another correction is being sought in the last the last two lines of the 7th paragraph of the judgment dated 9.02.2023 wherein the word "weeks has been typed. The word "Adhikari" which finds his presence in third line of the 7th paragraph is deleted and its place "Parishad" be incorporated, similarly the word "weeks" typed in the last line of the second paragraph is deleted.
