The issue raised in the present writ petition is arising out of Advertisement No.03 of 2013 issued by the respondent no.2. The said issue has already been adjudicated by this Court vide judgment and order dated 01.02.2023 passed in Writ-A No.8155 of 2022 along with other connected writ petitions.

In view thereof, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
