Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned standing counsel.

This writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondents not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioners during the pendency of interim injunction application filed in Original Suit No.384 of 2021, Ajay Singh Vs. State of U.P and others, pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Prayagraj.

It is therefore relevant to mention here that petitioner earlier filed Writ C No.14405 of 2021, which has been disposed of by judgment and order dated 15.07.2021.

In view of the aforesaid, we do not find any good reason to entertain this writ petition.

Therefore, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case of the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to avail such remedy as may be available to him under law.
