Order on Delay Condonation Application

1. This is a review application filed with a delay of almost more than a decade to review the judgment and order dated 06.04.2011.

2. An application is filed for condonation of delay, however, no ground is taken to condone such a huge delay except that delay was not bona fide and deliberate. Such a vague ground cannot be considered to be sufficient to condone delay of more than a decade.

3. The application for condonation of delay is accordingly rejected.

Order on Review Application

The application seeking condonation of delay in filing review application beyond time having been rejected vide order of date, this review application being barred by limitation, is accordingly dismissed.
