Learned counsel for the appellants does not want to press the present appeal and prays for and is granted to file appropriate application/ proceedings against the judgment passed by the appellate court in Criminal Appeal No. 26 of 2023 on 10.08.2023.

In view of the above, the present criminal appeal is dismissed at the stage of admission with liberty to file appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
