This Criminal Appeal was filed in the year 1983 challenging the judgment and order dated 07.01.1983 passed in Sessions Trial No. 680 of 1981, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307 IPC, Police Station Balrampur Dehat, District Gonda whereby the appellants were convicted and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment.

As per report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Balrampur dated 28.07.2022 all six appellants in the appeal have died.

In view of the above, appeal has abated. Accordingly, the criminal appeal is dismissed as abated.
