Suit filed on behalf of the plaintiff-appellant for permanent injunction has concurrently been discarded by the courts below.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff-appellants submits that the evidence on record has has not been properly appreciated in right perspective. He has tried to point out perversity in the judgment passed by the courts below for which lower court record is required.

Let the record of the courts below be summoned and notices be issued to the respondents through R.P.A.D. as well as normal mode of service, at the expenses of the appellants, fixing 14.07.2023 as the date.
