Hon'ble Dinesh Kumar Singh,J.

1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Advocate and perused the file, including the Annexures attached therewith.

2. The present writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has filed seeking a direction from this court to the trial court to accept one personal bond and two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court which may be enough for all the 11 cases pending against the petitioner in which he has been enlarged on bail.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a poor person and it is not possible for him to arrange separate sureties for each case where the petitioner has been enlarged on bail and if this court does not grant indulgence, the petitioner would not come out of the jail and he will remain in jail despite the bail orders granted in his favour.

4. Considering the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Hani Nishad @ Mohammad Imran @ Vikky vs. The State of Uttar Pradesh [SLP (Crl.) No.8914-8915/2018) vide order dated 29.10.2018, this court considers it appropriate to direct learned two trial courts i.e. learned ACJM-V, Lucknow and learned JM-III, Lucknow to accept the personal bonds and two sureties to the satisfaction of the concerned two courts separately in respect of the cases pending before the two separate courts wherein the petitioner has been granted bail.

5. The petitioner shall furnish a personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- and two sureties of the like amount in one case which shall be treated to be valid in other ten cases wherein the bail orders have been passed.
