1. The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of charge sheet dated 10.2.2021 filed under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B IPC as well as the summoning/cognizance order dated 9.3.2021 and the entire proceedings of Case Crime No.524 of 2020, under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, Police Station B.K.T., District Lucknow, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.29, Lucknow.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to surrender before the trial court and apply for regular bail. Only prayer is that while considering the bail application of the petitioner, trial Court should take into consideration order dated 07.10.2021 read with judgment dated 11.07.2022 of the Supreme Court rendered in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs Central Bureau of Investigation and others: SLP(Crl) No.5191 of 2021.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission, present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court on or beofre 3.11.2022 and apply for regular bail. Trial Court is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner in accordance with law and also take into account the order of the Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil (supra).

4. The party shall file self attested computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad and the concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
