List revised. None appears on behalf of the revisionist to press this revision.

Heard learned A.G.A. appearing for the State of U.P. and perused the record.

This criminal revision has been filed for setting aside the impugned judgment and order dated 30.04.2016 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etah in complaint case no.1427 of 2010 (State of Uttar Pradesh vs. Suresh Kumar Yadav) at Police Station Kotwali, District Etah by which the accused has been discharged.

The matter relates to the year 2016.

From the perusal of the impugned order, there appears no illegality or material irregularity in the impugned order. It appears that due to efflux of time, this revisionist has lost interest in the matter and do not want to pursue the matter further.

In view of the above, the revision is accordingly dismissed.
