Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State Counsel and Sri Shobhit Mohan Shukla, learned counsel representing Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Lucknow. Perused the record.

By means of this writ petition a prayer has been made directing the opposite party no.2 to take necessary steps for execution of the judgment and order dated 27.7.2022, which has been annexed as Annexure No.1 to the writ petition.

From a perusal of Annexure No.2, which is a notice dated 9.9.2022 issued by Real Estate Regulatory Authority, it appears that execution proceedings are going on.

In view of above, we direct that the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Lucknow shall expedite the execution proceedings and complete the same at the earliest, preferably within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed

With the aforesaid observations and directions the writ petition is finally disposed of.
