Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is working on the post of Watcher under the respondents. His claim for regularization and minimum pay scale in light of the judgment passed in Civil Appeal No.10956 of 2018, Sabha Shanker Dube Vs. Divisional Forest Officer and others decided on 14th November, 2018 is pending before the respondents. In this respect, the petitioner has filed a representation dated 20th October, 2021 before respondent no.4, which is pending consideration.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that the respondent no.4 will consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 20th October, 2021 in accordance with law in a time bound manner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.4 to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 20th October, 2021 in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
