1. This is an application filed by parties under Order 23 Rule 3 C.P.C. filed along with an affidavit. Both the parties submit that they have compromised the matter. The application duly signed by parties was sent for verification which is duly verified by learned Senior Registrar by his report dated 30.05.2022. As per the compromise, plaintiff/respondents also accepts to have received the payment/compensation.

2. Therefore, in terms of the compromise, the suit as well as all claims against the defendant are dismissed as withdrawn. This compromise shall be made part of the judgment and decree of the case.

3. With the aforesaid, the application and the appeal stand disposed of.
