Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned State Counsel and Shri Ratnesh Chandra learned counsel representing Lucknow Development Authority.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as also considering the judgment and order dated 16.11.2019 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.31476 (L/A) of 2019 and the judgment and order dated 25.1.2022 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in Writ-C No. 409 of 2022, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to move fresh representation separately before the Additional District Magistrate (Land Acquisition) Nagar Mahapalika First, District Lucknow within two weeks from today for ventilating their grievances which have been raised in the present writ petition while making its writ petition under order annexing all the relevant documents and materials in support of their claim. If any such representation is made, Additional District Magistrate (Land Acquisition) Nagar Mahapalika First, District Lucknow or the appropriate Authority shall decide the same by way of speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law within four weeks thereafter.

The decisions are taken under the orders shall be communicated to the petitioners as well.
