1. This criminal revision, under Section 397/401 CrPC, arises out of judgment and order dated 29.07.2008 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Faizabad (now Ayodhyaji) in Sessions Trial No.711 of 1995 arising out of Crime No.104 of 1993 lodged at Police Station Bewana, District Faizabad (now Ayodhyaji).

2. By means of the judgment and order in question, the learned trial Court, after considering the evidence on record and taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the prosecution and the defence, did not find any offence having been committed by the accused-respondents and, therefore, acquitted them of the charges levelled under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323/149, 336, 427, 332, 149, 307/149 IPC by giving benefit of doubt.

3. After perusing the judgment and order carefully, this Court does not find any error of law, fact or evidence, which requires any interference by this Court in exercise of revisional jurisdiction. Thus, the revision fails and is, accordingly, dismissed.
