1. This criminal revision, under Section 397/401 CrPC, arises out of judgment and order dated 16.12.2008 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge/Special Judge, E.C. Act Faizabad in Sessions Trial No.740 of 1997, arising out of Crime No.0159 of 1997 lodged at Police Station Malipur, District Ambedkar Nagar with respect to an incident, which took place on 24.05.1997.
2. By means of the judgment and order in question, the learned trial Court, after considering the evidence on record and taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the prosecution and the defence, did not find any offence having been committed by the accused-respondents and, therefore, acquitted them of the charges levelled under Sections 498-A and 304-B IPC read with Section 3/4 D.P. Act.
3. After perusing the judgment and order carefully, this Court does not find any error of law, fact or evidence, which requires any interference by this Court in exercise of revisional jurisdiction. Thus, the revision fails and is, accordingly, dismissed.
