1. This criminal revision, under Section 397/401 CrPC, arises out of judgment and order dated 01.07.2008 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court No. 2, Sitapur in Sessions Trial No.42 of 2003, arising out of Crime No.151-A of 2001 lodged at Police Station Manapur, District Sitapur, with respect to an incident, which took place on 25.10.2001.
2. By means of the judgment and order in question, the learned trial Court, after considering the evidence on record and taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the prosecution and the defence, did not find any offence having been committed by the accused-respondents and, therefore, acquitted them of the charges levelled under Sections 147 and 307 IPC read with Sections 149 and 336 IPC, read with Sections 149, 452 and 506 IPC. Accused-respondent, Satyanarain has also been acquitted of charge levelled against him under Section 148 IPC.
3. After perusing the judgment and order carefully, this Court does not find any error of law, fact or evidence, which requires any interference by this Court in exercise of revisional jurisdiction. Thus, the revision fails and is, accordingly, dismissed.
