1. No one appears for the applicants while Sri Rakesh Bajpai, learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties placed reliance upon the short counter affidavit filed by opposite party No.1 wherein it has been stated that the order of learned Single Judge dated 24.7.2019 passed in writ petition No.4460 (S/S) of 2013 was assailed in Special Appeal No. 273 of 2020 and by means of the judgment and order dated 4.10.2021 the Division Bench has modified the order of learned Single Judge and remanded the same. In the remand it has been informed that the learned Single Judge has referred the matter to a larger Bench and on the strength of the aforesaid submissions he has submitted that the order of the writ Court dated 24.7.2019 does not exist any more after having been interfered by the Division Bench.
2. In light of the above, the present contempt petition has lost its efficacy and consequently dismissed.
