1. Heard Ashok Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for applicant as well as Sri Vinod Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for respondent.

2. Learned counsel for respondent on the basis of instructions has submitted that order of the writ court dated 19.10.2020 passed in Writ Petition No. 16201 (SS) of 2020 has been complied with and relies upon the affidavit of compliance filed by Sri Prashant Trivedi, Additional chief Secretary, Department of Ayush, civil Secretariat, Lucknow and stated that claim of the petitioner including the ad-hoc services in computing the qualifying service for pension was rejected has been cancelled and the petitioner has been sanctioned the post retiral benefits counting his services rendered in the ad-hoc capacity subject to the final outcome of the special appeal proposed to be filed against the judgment and order dated 19.10.2020 passed by writ court.

3. it has further been stated that fresh PPO has already been issued on 24.05.2022.

3. Considering that the order of writ court has been complied with, it cannot be said that the respondent now runs in contempt of the order passed by the writ Court. Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed.

5. However, the dues computed and found admissible to the applicant by means of order passed by respondents shall be given expeditiously, say, within next six weeks.

11. Notices issued are discharged.
