HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD ?Court No. - 18 Case :- CONTEMPT APPLICATION (CIVIL) No. - 7179 of 2014 Applicant :- Dr. Narendra Singh And 5 Others Opposite Party :- Pro. Mohammad Muzzamil Vice Chancellor Dr. B.R.A. And Anr. Counsel for Applicant :- Deepak K. Jaiswal Counsel for Opposite Party :- S.C.,M.N. Singh,Vivek Verma Hon'ble Prakash Padia,J.
List has been revised.
Nobody is present on behalf of the applicant though Sri M.N. Singh is present on behalf of the opposite party.
The present contempt application has been filed by the applicant for non-compliance of the judgment and order dated 18.02.2014 passed in Writ-A No. 39334 of 2012 (Dr. Narendra Singh and others vs. State of U.P. and others) along with the connected matter.
It is argued by Sri Singh that the order passed by the Writ Court has already been complied with. It is further argued that in this regard, an affidavit of compliance has been filed by the opposite party in the year 2016 but till date, no reply has been filed.
In this view of the matter, the present contempt petition is dismissed with liberty to file application for recall of this order within a period of two months in case the matter still survives.
In case such an application is filed, it need not be accompanied by affidavit.
