This revision has been filed against the judgment and order dated 14.8.2006 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) Judicial Magistrate, Court Room No. 24, Azamgarh passed upon the application of the opposite party no. 2 dated 17.4.2006 under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C.

This revision has been filed against the order of the learned Magistrate for lodging the F.I.R. and investigate the case and it is an interlocutory order. Therefore, the revision is not maintainable.
