This revision has been filed against the judgment and order dated 17.7.2006 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.,2 Azamgarh in S.T. No. 154 of 2001 acquitting the opposite party no. 2 of charges under Sections 323, 504, 506, 497 I.P.C. and 3 (1) 12 of the S.C./S.T. Act in case crime no. 140 of 2000, P.S.- Tahbarpur, District- Azamgarh.
Today none has appeared on behalf of the revisionist. The matter is pertaining to the year, 2006 and thus 16 years have already passed.
After considering the submission advanced by the learned A.G.A. and perused the record, it appears impugned judgment/order has been passed after proper appraisal of the material available on record and thus, there is no irregularity, impropriety and perversity in the judgment/order of the court below. Therefore, the revision is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.
The revision is dismissed.
Interim order, if any, is vacated.
Order of this Court be communicated to court below for necessary compliance.
