Case :- CRIMINAL REVISION DEFECTIVE No. - 410 of 2000

Revisionist :- Ram Pal And Others

Opposite Party :- Sukhdeo And Others

Counsel for Revisionist :- Shatrughan Singh

Hon'ble Umesh Kumar,J.

1. Called in revise. None appeared to press this revision and the delay condonation application. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.

2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed against judgement and order dated 31.07.2000 passed by IInd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehpur in Case No.190 of 2000 (Sukhdeo Versus Ram Pal and others) under Sections 148, 323, 504, 506 and 452 I.P.C. summoning the revisionists. Being aggrieved, revisionist preferred present revision with some delay.

3. This revision has been filed beyond time by 25 days.

4. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.

5. Criminal revision as well as delay condonation application are dismissed.

6. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
