1. This criminal revision, under Section 397/401 CrPC, arises out of judgment and order dated 30.01.2009 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court No. 3, Gonda in Sessions Trial No.107 of 2007 arising out of Crime No.150 of 2004 lodged at Police Station Katara Bazar, District Gonda with respect to an incident which took place on 11.10.2004.

2. By means of the judgment and order in question, the learned trial Court, after considering the evidence on record and taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the prosecution and the defence, did not find any offence having been committed by the accused-respondent and, therefore, acquitted him of the charges levelled under Sections 376/511, 323 and 504 IPC by giving benefit of doubt.

3. After perusing the judgment and order carefully, this Court does not find any error of law, fact or evidence, which requires any interference by this Court in exercise of revisional jurisdiction. Thus, the revision fails and is, accordingly, dismissed.
