Heard Sri Pankaj Kumar Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the revisionist and Sri Vinod Kant, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.

This revision has been filed against the order dated 06.07.2007 passed by learned Special Judge E.C. Act Agra in Session Trial No. 471 of 2006: State versus Bantu alias Raj Kumar and others,under Sections 302, 120-B I.P.C. by which learned Special Judge (E.C.Act) Agra had summoned the revisionist under Section 120-B I.P.C. on the application under Section 319 Cr.P.C.

Shri Vinod Kant submits that the present revision is of the year 2007 and there appears no illegality or infirmity in the impugned judgment and order passed by the court below, therefore, the present revision may be dismissed.

After having gone through the judgment and order passed by the court below and also perusal of the record and the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the revisionist and learned Additional Advocate General, this Court comes to the conclusion that the same need no interference as there is no illegality or infirmity in the judgment and order under challenge, therefore, the present revision is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the present revision is dismissed.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned District and Sessions Judge for its onwards transmission to the concerned Magistrate for compliance who will proceed further in the matter.

The file is consigned to record.

Let the lower Court record, if any, be returned back to the concerned Court.
