Learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Gaurav Mahajan, learned Senior Standing Counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3-Income Tax Department jointly state that this writ petition deserves to be disposed in terms of judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Union of India and others Versus Ashish Agarwal 2022 SCC OnLine SC 543.

In view of the aforesaid statement, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Union of India (supra).
